WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Developing the security devices installation plan, defining the safety level of each area, and following up on all security-related installations.
  • Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Controlling budgets for security operations.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising security staff and vendors, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Investigate security incidents and promptly report findings to management.
  • Maintain a secure environment for plant assets and minimize potential security breaches.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance plant security.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.
  • Conduct security awareness training for all employees and contractors.
  • Develop emergency response plans and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Required:
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or a related field
  • Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

         

•    Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies, processes, and guidelines, such as salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
•    Provide HR Reporting including attrition, staff demographics, budget report, forecasting, and etc.
•    Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company’s competitive position.
•    Assist in the alignment, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation programs, including organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structure, and developing salary budgets, to analyze and improve the internal equity and competitive market position.
•    Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on compensation & classification.
•    Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount) for all departments. 
•    Perform job evaluations to analyze job duties, responsibilities, and required skills to determine appropriate pay levels and classifications.
•    Support the succession planning and promotion processes.
•    Support human resources projects and programs. 
•    Meet all other requirements as assigned.

•    Bachelor’s degree required.
•    Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience required

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
 

•    Set the various targets in the paint plant and make activities to achieve the targets of the paint plant. And oversee development and achievement of them.
     (Targets: Number of units produced, Quality index & HPV, etc.) * HPV: Hour Per Vehicle
•    Analyze production and quality data, improve the productivity and car paint quality.
•    Analyze production rate of operation and make activities for operation improvement. 
•    Review items for supplementary investment to improve the paint plant or process and the cost and run.
•    Coordinate and supervise the work of operators; provide them with feedback on performance. (Include training and managing Team members)
•    Report the progress of major tasks to a superior or expatriate coordinator.
•    Report to the immediate superior (or expatriate coordinator) and/or other related production lines if any product or process nonconformity is detected.
•    Follow the policies or procedures of HMGMA.
•    Manage the construction progress schedule of the paint plant.
•    Preparing for the input of new models in paint plant. (Facility modification, tool preparation etc.)
•    Oversee inspect and manage new model project progress.

•    Management for installing new facility about new technology and trial run.

•    Analyze production and quality data during new car production, make countermeasures for quality and productivity enhancement.

•    Review purchase specifications for production of new vehicle and run.(Including transportation/customs clear
•    Promotes changes in process through analyses and improve processes, seeing to the rectification of the tools used in order to optimize the manufacturing process.

  • Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. Dismantle machines and equipment to gain access to problem area, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment such as mechanical equipment, electrical and electronic equipment, PLCs and control devices, material handling system, and automated lubrication system; follow blueprints and specifications; use hand tools and power tools and precision measuring equipment to perform these functions with good workmanship.
  • Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems. Remove and replace worn or defective parts of drive mechanism or hydraulic system, using hand tools and power tools, following blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals.
  • Realign and adjust components such as motors, gearboxes, clutches, and brakes using hand tools and following diagrams. Locate damaged air and hydraulic pipes on machine, measure, cut, thread, and install new pipe.
  • Repair broken metal parts, using cutting, brazing, soldering, and welding equipment grinders and hand tools.
  • Modify computer-controlled motion of equipment including robots, applying knowledge of program commands, using PLCs, robot controller and teach pendant.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specifications in the performance of the duties to ensure system integrity is maintained.
  • Assist maintenance specialists and management with sketches or computer-generated designs of machine components such as hydraulic system and drive mechanism, applying knowledge of shop mathematics, hydraulics, and mechanics, using computer keyboard and software programs.
  • Set up and operate metal working tools such as lathe, drill press, or grinder to make repair parts.
  • Start machines and equipment to test operation following repair.
  • Operate various powered equipment according to company standards.
  • Position requires job rotation between different shifts and maintenance jobs within the plant.
  • Position requires the ability to work overtime in excess of 40 hours per week.
  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.

  • Previous experience in quality assurance/control is preferred.

  • Need Flexible work schedule based on department shift rotation plan and can be requested to take care any urgent equipment issue (Night, Weekends, Holiday).
  • Monitor purchasing, distribution and inventory control of maintenance material (include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.).
  • Analysis shop wise maintenance budget of the year.
  • Need good communication with MGR to supervise and control conflicts in the organization and take care individual distress from the work.
  • Need to be a mentor for all staffs and shop members to encourage continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

HMGMA (Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America) IT Infra Innovation Tech. team is responsible for rolling out HMGMA use cases based on Next-generation networking & IT Infra technology (P-5G / WiFi6, VMware vSphere, Kubernetes, Hypervisor etc.).   The use case environments include EV manufacturing, automation, logistic, and quality system at HMGMA.  Key goals include increased production output, world class product quality, and faster set-up/ramp-up of HMGMA production system.

We are looking for a Manufacturing IT Infrastructure Engineer who can undertake/lead the immense challenge of supporting next-generation IT Infra technology (P-5G/WiFi6, VMware vSphere, Docker, Kubernetes etc.).

•    Identify requirements and develop/build new IT Infra structures and applications.
•    Responsible for supporting and implementing next generation IT infrastructure technologies as like P-5G/Wifi6 and Containerization technologies.  
•    Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux based system.
•    Provide support for the operation and maintenance of IT systems.
•    Monitor, analyze, and report metrics of IT Infrastructure services.
•    Demonstrate expertise in integrating and optimizing VMware vSphere for virtualization.
•    Provide highly available and reliable IT services collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•    Develop and implement scripts or automation methods to automate infrastructure processes.
•    Continue to learn and apply relevant software development practices, tools, and technologies.
•    Keep up to date with the latest trending technologies.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

•    Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
•    +3 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering or equivalent experience
•    Strong understanding of network terminologies, protocol, and infrastructures  
•    Expertise in Linux server administration and troubleshooting
•    Demonstrated experience in providing support for cross-functional IT systems.
•    Experience in Hypervisor and Virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Docker container
•    Adequate understanding and experience in DB (Maria DB, Oracle, MSSQL, Tibero)
•    Proficiency in programing language such as Shell script, Python and SQL.
•    Some familiarity with visualization tools like Grafana or Prometheus

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Identify potential hazards in the workplace through observation, measurement, and analysis.
  • Conduct exposure assessments to determine the level of risk posed by various hazards.
  • Use specialized equipment to measure and monitor levels of contaminants, noise, radiation, and other hazardous agents.
  • Collect samples of air, water, and other substances for analysis in laboratory settings.
  • Analyze collected data to assess exposure levels and compare them with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Interpret findings to recommend appropriate control measures and corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control and reduce exposure to hazards.
  • Advise on engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to minimize risk.

  • Establish safety management plan for new plant construction and installation of manufacturing facilities 
  • Inspection of production equipment and facilities according to the company and OSHA registrations; Provision of the OSHA and relevant legal requirements, making inspection checklist, conduct inspections and report the results 
  • Develop, and facilitate safety training to new shop floor employees and supervisors
  • Identify and develop good working relationships with federal, state and local authorities (i.e., safety agencies, fire departments, etc.) 
  • Establish and conduct health and safety procedures and process based on ISO45001 
  • Develop and implement Health and Safety programs and activities for the facility to achieve, maintain and exceed compliance with relevant regulatory laws and regulations as well as comply with HMC standards and procedures

  • Work with team leaders and manufacturing engineering team & shop operation team to resolve safety issues in all areas
  • Participate in investigations and root cause analysis of incidents; facilitate the completion of reports; analyze incidents to identify trends; implement corrective actions; assure lessons learned are shared and preventive actions are closed and documented
  • Providing information for Workers Compensation requests (incident investigations)
  • Develop and conduct effective and appropriate health & safety training and assure compliance with regulatory training requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Minimum:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Science or related field
  • 3+ years of job-related experience (Manufacturing plant experience) 
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI and EPA regulations and reporting requirements
  • Experience to establish and operate EHS procedures and process based on ISO45001 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, problem solving and human relations skills
