HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group’s first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
- Developing the security devices installation plan, defining the safety level of each area, and following up on all security-related installations.
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Controlling budgets for security operations.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising security staff and vendors, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Investigate security incidents and promptly report findings to management.
- Maintain a secure environment for plant assets and minimize potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance plant security.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.
- Conduct security awareness training for all employees and contractors.
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or a related field
- Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations

- Good understanding of the Security and Access H/W
- Good understanding of the Security Camera and Access system
- IT & network knowledge
- Essential Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies
- Familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
