WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing clear, accurate and engaging communications that support the organization’s internal and external messaging. This position serves as a key writer and editor for the Communications and Public Relations team, producing high-quality content for employees, executives, media and external stakeholders while ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and brand standards.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who is highly organized, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be able to translate complex information into clear, concise communications and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

 
Job duties include:
  • Write, edit and proofread a wide variety of internal and external communications
  • Develop content for company advisors, employee announcements, newsletters and executive communications
  • Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, talking points, speeches, presentations, executive correspondence and Q&A documents
  • Support the development of communication strategies and messaging for organizational initiatives
  • Ensure all communications align with company messaging, brand standards and editorial guidelines
  • Review communications prepared by team members and business partners for clarity, consistency, grammar and accuracy
  • Translate technical or operational information into communications that are easily understood by diverse audiences
  • Coordinate with departments throughout the organization to gather information, manage communication requests and ensure timely delivery of messaging
  • Support media relations activities, including responding to media inquiries, coordinating interviews, preparing briefing materials and maintaining media resources
  • Assist with social media content planning, copywriting and campaign support
  • Support crisis and issues communications as needed
  • Represent the company at community, government, media and other external events
  • Perform other duties in support of the Communication and PR team’s core responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Required:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English or a closely related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional writing experience
  • Experience supporting media relations activities
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to write for multiple audiences, including employees, executives, media and the public
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Preferred:
  • Experience writing press releases and executive messaging
  • Experience supporting crisis communications
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Proficiency with AP Style
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite and social media management platforms

  • Responsible for supervision and management of electrical work and electrical design contractors
  • Manage construction schedule compliance and installation of appropriate equipment according to Hyundai Motor Group standards
  • Responsible for technical and economic construction management activities to meet design and construction requirements
  •  Responsible for planning and cost of maintenance of electrical facilities after completion of construction, as well as business plans
  • In accordance with company policy, responsible for planning, ordering, etc. for expansion or modification, repair and replacement of electrical facilities, etc
  • Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives, and oversee development and achievement of them across the organization
  • Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions
  • Develop architectural plans and associated projects in all stages: setting materials, finishes, techniques, methodologies, analyzing data and information, and developing technical financial feasibility studies
  • Monitor and supervise the work and services defined
  • Responsible for supervising electric construction companies at the site

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
Minimum:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related area
  • More than 5 years electric or engineering experience as site manager or engineer
  • Experience as a middle manager in a team of 10 or more
  • Experience with electric related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of electric industry regulations
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Autocad
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
  • More than 7 years electric or engineering experience in electrical industrial field in the US
  • Experience in construction management in the automotive industry
  • Experience in electrical facility maintenance in the automotive industry
  • State approved license preferred

•    Manage the company’s investment portfolio, including the selection of investments, monitoring of investment performance, and managing investment risk.
•    Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risk.
•    Liaise with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for credit facilities, banking services, and financing arrangements.
•    Prepare and analyze periodic treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, investment performance, and risk management metrics for senior management.
•    Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures related to treasury activities.
•    Collaborate with various departments, including finance, tax, legal, and operations, to optimize treasury processes and support strategic initiatives.
•    Stay informed of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting requirements, as well as treasury management best practices.
•    Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, financial risk management, and maintaining banking relationships.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial matters to non-finance professionals.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 Paint quality control engineering position shall have an understanding of the automotive paint process, to enhance paint quality while meeting internal and external customer requirements.
•    Inspect incoming raw material properties and perform online appearance checks 
•    Investigate and analyze defective products and develop effective countermeasures
•    Establish short-term/long-term counter measures to ensure smooth production
•    Collaborate with Engineering and Production on quality improvements during current production and during new project development stage  
•    Enhance suppliers quality level by conducting Supplier Process Audit (SPA) 
and reviewing their products, tools, and systems periodically
•    Participate/lead BIP audit and Color Harmony sharing inspection results with suppliers, engineering and production to request and discuss improvement plan
•    Manage assigned products to meet internal/external customer requirements
•    Improve efficiency of quality control management system by learning and
applying new technology, knowledge, and equipment
•    Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and systems in accordance 
to specification and applicable legal requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Operate production line and monitor all aspects of production (CCR: Central Control Room)
  • Monitor all aspects of production including trial vehicles
  • Monitor confirmation stations ensuring all vehicle data is correct in the system
  • Control WBS/PBS In and Out process when it’s needed
  • Monitor daily and monthly sign-off targets ensuring all production goals are met
  • Monitor all shops downtime and issues and report out
  • Maintain computer systems and ensure they are working properly
  • Make performance report and distribute to the necessary department daily and weekly
  • Check and assure runtime hours are correct for each shop
  • Process any requests from other departments
  • Monitor delayed and trial vehicles to make sure they are processed properly
  • Work in conjunction with MES team on any issues that may arise with systems or processes
  • Coordinate with different departments on any request related to production, kick-outs or kick-ins, inventory shortages, and quality issues
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Coordinate, monitor, and perform specialized technical processes and related functions directly related to stamping activities in the maintenance department in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.
  • General Management duties include:
    •    Reporting on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion
    •    Supervising shop maintenance downtime, manpower, preventive maintenance, maintenance system, equipment improvements
  • Safety andEnvironmental duties:
    •    Prepare, execute, evaluate and improve the annual operation plan
    •    Oversee activities to encourage good teamwork. (Interviews, meetings, events, collaboration with expatriates)
    •    Manage the production and downtime condition of the stamping shop
    •    Have a flexible work schedule based on department shift rotation plan and may need to support any urgent equipment issues                    including those outside of normal working hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
    •    Maintain SAP & PM systems daily based on the Stamping shop PM activities
    •    Possess strong electrical and system engineering skills along with knowledge and general mechanical understanding 
    •    Maintain smooth relationships with external departments through communication and cooperation
  • Budget and spare parts management:
    •    Manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution and inventory control of maintenance materials including tools and subsidiary               materials
    •    Manage spare parts system in Stamping maintenance including R&R approval of PR, quotation, PO, receiving, and organizing
    •    Control the yearly stamping maintenance budget along with monthly planning, analysis, and secure budget
  • Shop member management:
    •    Supervise and control conflicts in the organization and support any team member issues. (organization control, recruitment,                     disciplinary measures, and appraisals
    •    Communicate to members about direction, company business decisions and official information 
    •    Evaluate, mentor and motivate shop members to encourage continuous improvement
    •    Company policy enforcement
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
  •  More than 10 years maintenance experience in the field of automated plants                
    •    Experience in managing more than 30 team members
    •    Ability to understand drawings and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems
    •    Technical college or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical concentration
    •    Trouble shooting ability for PLC based automation equipment                                                             
    •    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Preferred:
    •    More than 5 years maintenance career in major automotive industry in US
    •    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
    •    Holder of mechanical or electrical certifications
    •    AB PLC program and control circuit experience 
    •    Performed equipment installations including design study, paperwork, inspection and testing of new and modified equipment and           processes 
    •    Stamping shop experience, preferably OEM with tandem servo press experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Quality control engineering position to coordinate, execute, and monitor overall quality ensuring activities throughout the new vehicle development milestones.
  • Understand internal/external quality expectations and coordinate quality improvement activities to ensure high quality on assembled vehicle.                                                                                                                             
  • Analyze the effectiveness of processes and quality management systems.
  • Conduct monitoring of non-conformity either part itself or after assembled on a vehicle.
  • Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance to reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
  • Plan, control and monitor the corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in audits.
  • Prepare reports and publish timelines in order to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
  • Make certification planning and keep track of them in order to meet the market’s demands.
  • Generate reports on countermeasure and improvement.
  • Inspect non-conforming parts and sets appropriate countermeasures.
  • Responsible for overall quality of car assembly.
