WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 

  • Develop payroll policies, processes, and guidelines.  
  • Communicate, educate, and train all levels of management and employees on payroll matters. 
  • Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff and hourly or salary pay-out. 
  • Interact closely with managers and executives on overtime and allowances payment. 
  • Ensure compliance of statutory requirements and government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll and terms and conditions of employment 
  • Interact with statutory board when required. 
  • Manage all statutory submissions, payments, and processing of government claims. 
  • Maintain HRIS system and work with system provider to ensure changes / updates are fully tested and implemented. 
  • Generate manpower cost and reports for management to review. 
  • Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits. 
  • Maintain proper document filing and documentation. 
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Qualifications & Preferences 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience payroll management  
  • Experience working with HR trends, labor legislation, compensation programs and Georgia income taxes. 
  • Job related experience in Automotive Industry 
  • Microsoft Office experience  
  • SAP experience

         Domestic / International travel required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
 

•    Set the various targets in the paint plant and make activities to achieve the targets of the paint plant. And oversee development and achievement of them.
     (Targets: Number of units produced, Quality index & HPV, etc.) * HPV: Hour Per Vehicle
•    Analyze production and quality data, improve the productivity and car paint quality.
•    Analyze production rate of operation and make activities for operation improvement. 
•    Review items for supplementary investment to improve the paint plant or process and the cost and run.
•    Coordinate and supervise the work of operators; provide them with feedback on performance. (Include training and managing Team members)
•    Report the progress of major tasks to a superior or expatriate coordinator.
•    Report to the immediate superior (or expatriate coordinator) and/or other related production lines if any product or process nonconformity is detected.
•    Follow the policies or procedures of HMGMA.
•    Manage the construction progress schedule of the paint plant.
•    Preparing for the input of new models in paint plant. (Facility modification, tool preparation etc.)
•    Oversee inspect and manage new model project progress.
•    Performs events for new vehicle development and Prepare production operations (facility/employee, etc.)
•    Management for installing new facility about new technology and trial run.
•    Management for replacing existing old facility and trial run. (Main facilities and conveyor system, robot, and automation system)
•    Analyze production and quality data during new car production, make countermeasures for quality and productivity enhancement. 
•    Reporting major issues occurring in paint plant (making report materials needed)
•    Review purchase specifications for production of new vehicle and run.(Including transportation/customs clear
•    Promotes changes in process through analyses and improve processes, seeing to the rectification of the tools used in order to optimize the manufacturing process.

•    Develop strategies to reduce costs and perform cost reduction activities.(Labor costs, Material costs, Management costs, Energy savings, Improvement of inefficient 
      work, etc.)
•    Search and support the new level of control and new methods of others.
•    Develop recruitment planning for paint plant member and performs.
•    Develop and implement an employee training plan.
•    Improve the environment of the paint plant and prevent safety accidents. 
•    Taking action safety regulation issues.
•    Build a good rapport with other manufacturing units for effective communication.
•    Strengthen organizational power through communication among employees.
•    Provide guidance and assistance to technicians at a lower level.

•    2+ years of job-related experience

•    Coordinates, monitors, and performs technical processes related to Stamping shop in maintenance department to meet company goals.
•    Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion.
•    Develop detail action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index. (Downtime, PM Plan & Actual, Equipment monitoring system, Equipment improvements, Safety/Environmental etc.)
•    Prepare detail training plan for each team member to meet skill level target of each section.
•    Prepare & execute annual operation plan and report status of each task.
•    Support AM/MGR to encourage good teamwork. (Meeting, Events, Collaboration)
•    Analysis Stamping shop downtime and provide improvement plan.
•    Need Flexible work schedule based on department shift rotation plan and can be requested to take care any urgent equipment issue (Night, Weekends, Holidays)
•    Analysis shops wise maintenance budget of the year.
•    Verify exact specification of all parts and create material numbers to make PR.
•    1st counterpart for purchasing team to get PO of each PR process.
•    In charge PR, Parts receiving, Organizing, Parts issuing and payment with supervisor’s approval.
•    Monitor purchasing, distribution, and inventory control of maintenance material. (Include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.
•    Need good communication with AM/MGR to supervise and control conflicts in the organization and take care individual distress from the work.
•    Need to be a mentor for shop members to encourage continuous improvement.
