Maintenance Control Engineer

Optimize and control automated manufacturing systems and robots to ensure peak operational efficiency for a metal stamped automobile body parts manufacturing company. Perform troubleshooting of complex mechatronic systems that integrate mechanical components with electronic sensors, actuators, and computerized controllers. Develop and implement maintenance control protocols to identify anomalies in electronic control units and signal processing hardware before system-wide downtime occurs. Configure and synchronize multi-axis robotic systems to ensure high-speed sensor feedback loops maintain sub-millimeter precision in automated automotive part positioning. Investigate systemic failures by auditing the interaction between digital command strings and automated hardware execution. Program and maintain automated vision systems and laser-based measurement sensors to provide real-time data feedback for autonomous quality correction in the production line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major
  • 1 year of experience as a maintenance control engineer

The SAP Operations Manager is responsible for the overall stability, performance, and day-to-day management of the companys SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP system administration, user support, and change management. This role involves proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various business and IT teams to ensure the SAP systems meet operational and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
System Management and Maintenance

Oversee the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA) and databases (e.g., HANA, SQL) to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

  • User Support and Training

Provide technical support to end-users, resolve incidents, and address requests related to SAP systems. Conduct training sessions for new features and processes as needed.

  • System Enhancement and Expansion

Participate in system capacity planning and propose continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaboration and Communication

Act as a liaison between the SAP team and other IT departments (e.g., infrastructure, security). Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and manage technical support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience

5+ years of experience in ERP operations or Basis administration or programming development

(Preferred) Experience with SAP

  • Technical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, etc.) and database management (HANA, etc.). Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITIL processes.

(Preferred) Experience with cloud-based SAP environments (AWS, Azure)

  • Problem-Solving

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, and a mindset for IT services in the manufacturing industry is essential.

To communicate in both Korean and English with people.

  • Adaptability

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • DB & Programming

Experience in program development and database processing.

(Preferred) ABAP with SAP, MS-SQL, WEB

  • Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
