Responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets to ensure employee safety, produce quality products by process improvements, and maximize machine efficiency. UDAS Manufacturing Equipment Press/Laser & CO2 Welding/ Assemble Line Operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, process control, utility, and preparation of documentation.
• Equipment Maintenance
•Manage equipment electricity maintenance and repair.
•Operate PLC (Mitsubishi) Program.
•Experienced automation equipment management (Yaskawa Robot, Servo, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and etc.)
• Maintain factory utilities
• Facility improvement and Spare part maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
