Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or other closely related field of study
  • 1 year of experience as general affairs manager
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for automobile seat frames production to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Analyze production layouts, workflow, and equipment utilization to enhance manufacturing performance and throughput. Develop and implement process control methods and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality. Identify and execute process improvement and automation opportunities to reduce cycle time and manufacturing waste. Evaluate manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment specifications to support efficient production and maintenance operations. Monitor production data and apply statistical process control techniques to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering major
  • 2 years of experience in production control
Assist a sales manager in directing and coordinating the sales activities of an automobile seat frames manufacturing company. Analyze past sales performances and trends to prepare sales plans and goals. Prepare reports regarding market conditions, customer preferences, and competitors selling prices to prepare the best sales strategy. Attend conferences with a sales manager to meet potential new customers and attract customers to make contracts under the established sales strategy. Train new sales specialists on products, sales techniques, and company policies. Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and customer demands.
