Duties: Develop and implement quality control processes and customer-specific standards to improve manufacturing efficiency. Analyze engineering specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of manufactured automotive components. Establish testing schedules and procedures, set testing equipment calibration, and monitor performance of machinery and equipment. Monitor quality control inspection of manufactured automotive components and document quality issues. Perform engineering failure analysis on defective automotive components to determine root cause of defective products and provide solution for correction. Conduct research and recommend quality control objectives, activities, and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Conduct research to revise and update quality control checklists and testing manuals. Conduct research on quality testing equipment and tools and make recommendations to management. Additional duties as necessary.
Requirements: Associate degree in Engineering or closely related field of study. Foreign educational equivalent accepted. Twenty-four (24) months of quality control experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.

procurement, manufacturing, inventory management and/or transportation to address operational process improvement. Determine logistics support requirements, such as facility details,
staffing needs, or safety or maintenance plans in coordinating purchasing, transportation, distribution, and warehousing of materials and finished parts. Evaluate the use and efficiency of
inventory tracking technology, web-based warehousing software, or intelligent conveyor systems to maximize the facilitys efficiency. Prepare documentation on automated logistics data
reporting or management information systems for evaluation and analysis of the up-to-date data reporting in logistics activities. Evaluate logistics strategies and develop logistics
engineering specifications, comprehensive supply chain management systems. Identify cost reduction factors to improve logistics process in dealing with materials and finished goods in
efficient way.
