Process Technician

A Process Technician is needed in LaGrange, Georgia.

Job duties

Monitor operations process to modify or recommend modifications to ensure efficiency in development of manufacturing automotive parts, such as dash complete, radiator center panel, package tray side, wheel house inner completer, and cowl cross. Assist engineers in designing and developing industrial process control standards and sequence for manufacturing.

Troubleshoot or monitor industrial machinery to increase product quality and productivity. Inspect and record inspection logs periodically after performing inspections on engineering systems and components to increase performance and maintain safety and accuracy. Provide technical support and resolve problem in manufacturing engineering systems and equipment after conducting inspections. Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate engineering workflow, routing, floor layouts, or material handling. Measure and document input and output variables in production to optimize the process quality.

update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Collect employee evaluation reports and analyze employee performance evaluations. Inform and

explain about salaries, company benefits, employee handbooks, regulations, and any supplemental pay. Conduct and implement training programs to employees based on employee

Job duties

Coordinate materials procurement activities for manufacturing automotive components such as dash assemblies, radiator center panels, package tray sides, wheelhouse inners, and cowlcross members. Prepare purchasing orders and analyze bidding requirements for purchasing necessary materials in manufacturing. Research and evaluate suppliers considering factorssuch as price, quality, service, availability, reliability and other track records. Maintain accuracy of procurement documents and maintain regular follow-up with all suppliers and customers.Analyze purchasing materials requirements to maintain records of purchased items, costs, product performance. Evaluate materials procurement process and determine the most effectivemethods to maintain certain levels of inventory for manufacturing process. Compile purchasing records, sales performance, and inventory levels to assist in the development of strategicpurchasing programs for overall business operations. Keep track of market conditions and any changes affecting supply and demand levels to ensure seamless purchasing activities formanufacturing operations.
