Quality Engineer

Duties: Apply engineering knowledge to develop and implement quality control processes in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards to improve manufacturing efficiency. Analyze engineering specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products and raw materials. Monitor quality control inspection and testing of raw materials used in manufactured automotive components. Perform engineering failure analysis on defective products and raw materials to determine root cause of defective products and materials and provide solution for correction. Conduct internal/external audits and support third party/customer audits as necessary. Additional duties as necessary.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Foreign equivalent accepted.

Duties: Provides administrative support for human resources activities for non-immigrant and expatriate employees. Assist in administration of benefits and other onboarding activities for non-immigrant and expatriate employees. Gather and maintain non-immigrant and expatriate employee information. Explain company personnel policies and procedures to non-immigrant and expatriate employees. Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Degree / GED / Foreign Equivalent. Any occupation where 24 months of experience in human resources, administrative support, or related field is gained. Bilingual capability in Korean and English is required.

Monitor operations process to modify or recommend modifications to ensure efficiency in manufacturing of automotive parts, such as door trim, headliner, and bumper; Operate, troubleshoot, and modify production line equipment and system; Prepare and maintain maintenance records and modification logs; Collaborate with production engineering teams to implement process improvements; Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules; and Supervise and train production associates.

Review mechanical designs and production requirements to select technically qualified suppliers.
Coordinate with engineering teams to evaluate tooling and manufacturing feasibility.
Analyze supplier cost and quality data to support efficient and reliable sourcing decisions.
 
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

Compile and sort documents for business transactions and prepare entry journals.

Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly closings and periodic financial reports to submit them for executive review.

Gather necessary financial records from other departments.

 Requirement: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
