A Senior Sales Engineer is needed in Rincon, Georgia.
Job duties
Lead and oversee sales engineering operations for automotive component lines, including wiring harnesses, high-voltage terminals, connectors, and fuse systems, ensuring alignment with
customer engineering specifications and manufacturing capabilities. Serve as the primary technical liaison to customers in-house engineering teams, advising on product performance
standards, application fit, and system integration considerations. Evaluate and analyze technical requirements and market conditions to develop sales strategies, identify new sales
opportunities and influence product development priorities. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to introduce new technology and products in both existing and targeted growth
markets. Develop and deliver high-level technical proposals, presentations, and competitive product analyses for executive-level customer audiences. Provide advanced technical guidance
to current and prospective customers, recommending optimal system configurations and product improvements to enhance product performance. Provide engineering training to
customers to ensure the product and related technology is positioned well within the customers product and system. Direct cross-functional coordination with R&D, production, and quality
teams across headquarters and affiliate sites to resolve technical barriers, streamline project execution, and accelerate revenue growth.
