Production – Team Member

Summary of Job Function
Responsible for ensuring daily production goals are filled efficiently and effectively producing quality and quantity finished product in a safe, fast paced and goal-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform any assembly type functions and pack customer orders utilizing various equipment and machinery.
Load and unload products onto various machinery.
Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
Assembles material to produce assemblies or finished products from raw materials.
Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
Pack finished product into correct packages.
Notify Team Leader or Supervisor of any issues, including mechanical and material issues.
Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times.
All Team Members are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
1st shift (6:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.)
8-hour shifts; Required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to use power hand tools/or precision measurement equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis without accommodation.
Ability to follow oral and written work instructions.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled area (where applicable).
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary business-related information to which entrusted.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.

Education and/or Experience
Must be a minimum of 18 years old
High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
Automotive or Automotive Component Manufacturing (Preferred)

Summary of Job Function

Facilitates the daily activities related to the manufacture of components and/or finished product. Production Supervisor will provide leadership and motivation to Team Members to achieve desired quality, quantity, service and cost standards through safe and proper utilization of materials and equipment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  •          Lead and train Team Members assigned to rotating shift.
  •          Drive Team Members to proactively achieve zero injuries/safety incidents.
  •          Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and changes in working conditions.
  •          Resource shift in order to meet production schedules.
  •           Sustain high levels of product quality with a target of zero quality defects or complaints.
  •           Communicate expectations and hold Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional performance results.
  •          Foster an environment that promotes teamwork.
  •          Maintain and manage all Team Member records.
  •           Maintain plant housekeeping expectations.
  •           Support company requirements to meet customer goals and objectives.
  •           Recommend and support continuous improvement activities to improve production methods.
  •           Promote and facilitate Open Door process, effective communications and Fair Treatment.
  •           Resolve conflict between employees.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products required.

Education and/or Experience

  •       BS or BA degree in technical or business-related field preferred
  •           2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
  •           Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
  •           Must be able to work flexible work schedule

Department: Production
Position Title: Welding Operator

Summary of Job Function
Performs and manages booth welding and/or fabricating automotive seat parts with laser welding. Squaring and measuring to assure frames are proper length and width. Report Jig issues to Team/Group Leader. Fit and assemble parts by clamping or tack welding in preparation for welding. Works under general supervision, reports to Production Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Move and handle parts to from work booths as needed.
  • Inspect metal parts to identify conditions that would require repair or reconditioning.
  • Maintaining all necessary jigs and clean welding spatter.
  • Use pneumatic or electric tools to prepare the surface of reconditioned parts prior to or post welding.
  • Always focused on safety.
  • Ability to follow directives and work independently.
  • Ability to meet production goals.
  • Ability to learn and perform different jobs when needed.
  • Heavy use of grinder to be expected.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum age 18 years old
  • 1+ years of MIG welding experience is preferred
  • Experience with foundry grade grinders is a plus

Summary of Job Functions
Responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets to ensure employee safety, produce quality products by process improvements, and maximize machine efficiency. UDAS Manufacturing Equipment Press/Laser & CO2 Welding/ Assemble Line Operation.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, process control, utility, and preparation of documentation.
• Equipment Maintenance
Manage equipment electricity maintenance and repair.
Operate PLC (Mitsubishi) Program.
Experienced automation equipment management (Yaskawa Robot, Servo, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and etc.)
• Maintain factory utilities
• Facility improvement and Spare part maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
