Manage and lead overall operational activities to meet business objectives in an automobile seat frames manufacturing company. Direct employee welfare programs, corporate events, and communication initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture. Lead general affairs staff to ensure compliance with company policies and continuous improvement in administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or other closely related field of study
- 1 year of experience as general affairs manager
